Not adequately at this time. I was listening to the news, and a resident at the Epicentre mentioned that they were not expecting the earthquake of that magnitude.

Hi Lanu, I find your judgement harsh and unkind. Anyone who have just experienced such a terrible disaster would say so whether they were prepared for the disaster or not. Please imagine their huge shock and what they have just lost before judging them.
